This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to purchases made through Monwem Home.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to supported destinations in the United States, Europe and other available regions.

Shipping availability, methods and charges are displayed during checkout. Certain products may be restricted from delivery to specific countries or locations.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not usually processed on weekends or public holidays. Processing may take longer during:

• Sales and promotional periods.

• Public holidays.

• High order volumes.

• Payment or address verification.

• Product availability delays.

• Unexpected operational disruptions.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated standard delivery normally takes 5–15 business days after processing.

Some destinations, products or remote areas may require additional time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Multiple Packages

Products in the same order may be fulfilled from different locations. As a result:

• An order may arrive in multiple packages.

You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we divide an order into multiple packages, unless clearly disclosed before purchase.
